Whole-Core Flame-Retardant Belts (PVC / PVG)
Flame-retardant · AntistaticCoal mines, metallurgy, chemical plants — underground and surface
Photo pending — data sheets available now
Solid-woven carcass belts engineered for fire-critical environments: surface resistance ≤3×10⁸ Ω, drum-friction temperature ≤325 °C and alcohol-blowlamp flame tests passed. PVC for dry runs, PVG rubber-faced for inclined and wet duty.
- Strength classes 680S → 2500S — from feeder belts to mainline haulage.
- Certified flame & antistatic performance — for gassy and dusty mines.
- Solid-woven core — resists rip-through and fastener pull-out.
- PVC or PVG covers — matched to incline, moisture and abrasion.
